“In the winter of 1998, standing at the corners of Harlem Ave and Madison, Oak Park, IL God showed me a vision. As cold and snowing with blistery winds as it was, I stood inside the bus shelter waiting for the bus. I came out to see if one was coming as I didn’t want the bus to pass me by. Just as I turned to go back into the shelter God open up a portal of my future. It suddenly became warm and cozy and I could not feel the wintery elements. As I looked  into the portal, I saw myself working in Africa with the homeless, hungry and less fortunate. A beautiful scene that became embedded in mind. When the vision ended I still felt very warm and I began crying. The thought that I would be shown by God, me, working in Africa, was mind blowing! In February 2006, age forty-five I answered the call of an Apostle, and was consecrated. Immediately, I received my first invitation to go to Kenya, East Africa with a team, CLWC. That vision became a reality and I continued doing works across the waters until November 2011.” Who knows what else God has in store for me!
